We believe in our formula — and we believe in your journey. Our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and free from the kind of dark patterns you'll find at less honest skincare brands.

The 30-Day Transformation Guarantee

Every order of AfterAfter Sculpt & Tone Arm Cream comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you've used the product consistently for 30 days and don't see or feel a visible difference, we'll refund your purchase.

How It Works

  1. Contact us within 30 days of your delivery date at support@afterafterstudio.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
  2. We may ask for a photo of your jar to confirm the product has been used consistently. This helps us ensure the product has been given a fair trial.
  3. Keep the product. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returned cosmetics. Keep the jar, keep the Sculpt Tool (if received), and keep the Transformation Roadmap.
  4. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

What's Covered

  • The purchase price of the product
  • The purchase price of quantity bundles, subject to the limits below

What's Not Covered

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (this is standard across the industry and keeps our free shipping offer sustainable)
  • Orders older than 30 days from the delivery date
  • Products purchased from unauthorised resellers (Amazon third-party sellers, eBay, physical stores etc.) — we can only refund orders placed directly through afterafterstudio.com
  • Bulk or wholesale orders

Limits

To protect against abuse and keep this policy sustainable for genuine customers:

  • One refund per customer, per product, across their lifetime as an AfterAfter customer
  • Multi-jar orders: we will refund the price of one jar. Any additional unopened, sealed jars may be returned at the customer's expense for a full refund of the remaining jars
  • We reserve the right to decline a refund request where we identify a pattern of policy abuse across multiple orders, accounts, or addresses
  • This guarantee applies to single purchases and first-time subscription orders only. Recurring subscription orders are covered by our separate subscription cancellation policy (see below)

Cancellation Rights (UK Consumer Rights)

If you are a UK customer, in addition to our 30-day guarantee you also have a statutory right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:

  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel for any reason
  • You must notify us in writing (email is acceptable) of your decision to cancel
  • If the product has been opened, we are not required to accept the physical return for hygiene reasons, but we will still process your statutory refund
  • We will refund the full purchase price including standard delivery costs within 14 days of your cancellation notice

This statutory right is separate from and in addition to our 30-Day Transformation Guarantee above.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@afterafterstudio.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Why We Ask You to Keep the Product

We don't resell returned cosmetics. Ever. It's a hygiene issue and frankly, it's dishonest. By asking you to keep the jar instead of returning it, we save you the hassle of return shipping and we keep our supply chain clean. Most brands don't do this — we do.
